How does the ordering process work?
Send me an inquiry through the contact form or by email. Together we’ll discuss the details, after which I prepare a proposal and confirm the available options for your item.
Can you customize the product to my wishes?
Of course. Most items are made to order, so they can be customized to your preferences — including text, colors, fabrics, and other details.
Can you create a design based on my idea?
Yes. If you have your own idea, sketch, or inspiration, feel free to send it to me and we’ll explore the possibilities together.
What if I’m not sure what to choose?
No worries. I’m happy to advise and help you find the solution that best fits your wishes and the purpose of the item.
How does the process work for items made from my clothing?
After we agree on the details, you send the clothing to me by mail. Once I receive it, I begin preparing and creating your ordered item. I keep you updated on the progress and the estimated completion time.
Do you also make gifts for special occasions?
Yes. My products are suitable for birthdays, newborn gifts, weddings, anniversaries, and other meaningful moments.
Is every item unique?
Yes. Each piece is made to order and created especially for you. That’s why every item is slightly different and truly one of a kind.
What is the production time?
The production time depends on the type of item and the current number of orders. I inform you of the estimated timeframe when your order is confirmed.
How does payment work?
Because each item is made to order and customised to your wishes, payment is required in advance. I begin creating your item once the payment is received. Cash on delivery is not available.
Do you ship items by mail?
Yes. I ship throughout Slovenia, and abroad upon request. Personal pickup is also possible by prior arrangement.
Can you send the order directly to the gift recipient?
Yes, upon request I can send the item directly to the person receiving the gift.
How should I care for embroidered items?
For long-lasting quality, I recommend following the care instructions on the product label. Detailed care instructions are included with your order.
